Luke Nelson - Ultrarunner, Ski Mountaineer, Family Man

  

Stoked to have Patagonia ambassador and La Sportiva ski mountaineer, slash mutant, Luke Nelson, sit down with us for a quick interview before he graciously gave a GEAR:30 Ultra Running Basics clinic. 

We asked Luke about balancing a busy schedule, heli-ski guiding,  jock mentality, death in the mountains, and advice for tackling your first ultra.
